Hello there! Welcome to Altro Enterprises.
My name is Troy Pheil. However; here on the internet, I am more commonly referred to
as rabble or Rabble
Leader.
What I do is
build web pages and the purpose of the pages I build is to provide people access to as much
pertinate information as I can in as short a time possible.
I believe we all need to learn and learn quickly, to become proudly self-educated in
matters long considered to be outside the scope of common man.
Only by accomplishing this heroic feat of
self-education will we be able to effectively wield the powers of an informed citizenry to correct and guide ourselves
and the influential to wise action.
Just give me money!
I enjoy my calling to be an internet webmaster. It allows me to
scratch two very basic itches.
One is the need for artistic expression. The other is the need to indulge
in some very basic social activism.
However; there is another basic need webmastering hasn't done a whole lot to
alleviate as yet. That is an ongoing basic and urgent need for money.
Don't worry though. I hate the commercial space this internet has become as much as anyone and a
basic tenent of mine has always been
I would rather live free in the gutter
than enslaved in the penthouse.

It's Money That Matters
for the cause. Gotta keep
doing it for the cause ...
Randy
Newman
In the song on the right
Randy Newman sings:
' ... in any fair system they
would flourish and thrive. Yet, they eek out a living. They barely
survive.'
I guess you know who 'they' are Randy is refering to. Right?
'They' are the people, like most of us, who should have reaped more
by now from the harvests of promise that were and are the industrial,
technological and digital revolutions.

Democracy by Leonard Cohen
What I have is a single goal:
to build a
better tomorrow. For myself. For my family. For the planet as a whole
actually.
Kinda grandeous, huh?
The vision I follow is succinctly described in the lyrics of the
music video 'Democracy' on the right.
I could never hope to express the depth of this thought so briefly as
Leonard has.
What you won't find me doing
is trying to get you to click on affiliate links
through trickery or subterfuge.
What you won't find are these:
- pop-ups
- pop-unders
- misleading links or
- unexpected redirections
of your web browser
My primary motivation is not to make money at your expense.
All I really want
is what we all want: a better future for myself, for my family and for
the world as a whole.
It may be too much to ask for.
The odds at times seem stacked against us.
It's not too much to work for though. Is it?

'I can't tell you what to do
Like everybody else I'm searching thru
what I've heard' Cat Stevens
What I do have is 3 pretty good rules to follow:
- work hard
- never lose faith in the miraculous
- expect the unexpected
Is this a plan that is assured to take me/us into the great
and
shining 'better tomorrow' I envision?
Maybe. Maybe not.
How really could I know?
As the saying goes:
You wanna move a mountain, brother?
Pick up a shovel.
